Quick corn slice

by Jennifer
(Perth)

4 large eggs
440g can cream-style corn
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups grated tasty cheese
1/2 cup SR flour
1/2tsp garlic salt
2 spring onions, finely chopped

Place eggs, corn and sour cream in a large bowl. Stir with a fork until well mixed. Over this sprinkle cheese, flour, salt and half the spring onions, stir just enough to mix. Pour into a lightly buttered 20cm square baking tin.

Sprinkle with remaining spring onions and bake in moderate oven for 30 mins or until set in the centre and lightly browned on top.

Can be served hot, warm or reheated. Goes well with coleslaw or salad.
