Easy Chocolate Chip Biscuits

1/2 cup margarine
1 cup castor sugar
1 egg
1 cup dessicated coconut
2 cups SR flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips


Cream margarine, sugar, add egg, coconut, keep beating, gradually adding flour, finally add choc chips.

Roll into tablespoon sized balls and place on greased trays, push down with a fork. Cook for approx 20 mins at 200°C 400°F or hot oven turn once during cooking, this helps the biscuits stay crunchy.
