Having told you about thetype of cookbook we get some of our ideas from, we would now like to hear your ideas on cook books.To see what others have said see below. What do you think of the old classic books of many years ago, such as Mrs. Beaton or Larousse Gastronomique?

If you've never heard of these, what about the Good Housekeeping type of all-round cookery for the housewife (or husband). Do you prefer the specialist style of book - 50 dinner ideas for two, or chocolate cooking, for example. What about the weekly magazines, specialist food style or "women's" magazines. Maybe you rely on the internet? Very inconsistent, I believe!
